Cancellation Policy
We have a flexible cancellation policy in place for room bookings. Please note the following terms:
- If a room booking is canceled within 7 days of the reserved date, no refund will be issued.
- If a room booking is canceled more than 7 days in advance, a 75% refund will be provided.
To initiate a cancellation, please send an email with details of your booking and the cancellation request, along with your bank account information for a refund, if eligible. Our aim is to ensure a fair and accommodating experience for all our clients.
